Remember the grateful and amazing parts of you that you subtly keep in the background? Yeah they deserve to be seen and celebrated too.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Give those parts of you some love today 💫💞⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙅‍♀️We give GOALS a bad rep. For example 🙅‍♀️We give GOALS a bad rep.  For example, I used to be afraid of goals.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
I've always loved setting them... but the process to achieving a goal can sometimes leave me burnt out and exhausted.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
I thought I had to chase after a goal and hustle my way there.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
When I don't achieve my goal, I'd be very VERY hard on myself.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Can you relate to this?⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
This way of setting goals and achieving goals... need to stop.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
It's simply not helpful at all.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
🔹A goal is actually a tool that is SERVING you (not the other way around)⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
It serves as a direction, guide, and compass so you don't get lost as you navigate through your every day.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
The goal inspires you, reminds you of who you want to be, and nourishes you along the journey.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Once you set a goal, it also helps to bring up any hidden drama and fears to the surface so you can work through them.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
🔹Your goal is ACTUALLY your friend and partner in crime⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Don't use your goal as a reason to be mean to yourself.⁠
⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠

In a society that feeds us messages telling us we' In a society that feeds us messages telling us we're not good enough⁠

It's an act of rebellion to dare to appreciate and love ALL parts of ourselves⁠
 ... including our flaws, imperfections, and all the things about ourselves deemed as "not meeting the standards" of our society, culture, and the narratives fed to us growing up.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
I say... screw. them. all.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
✊ It's time for deep, radical rebellion to reclaim the parts of us that have been dormant and in hiding for so long.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
+If you're actually a bit chaotic, you can be messy and chaotic and still hand in amazing reports and get a raise at work.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
+If you are easily emotional, you get to be emotional and and still feel at ease and relaxed when spending time with your partner.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
+If you like to complain, you get to complain and vent all you want, and still become a powerful creator and achieve your goals.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Sometimes we forget that we are multifaceted dynamic human beings.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
One trait you have does not cancel out all of your other amazing strengths and power.⁠
⁠
In fact, the parts of you in hiding could actually be what activates your superpower (but you must first appreciate them for what they are)⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
You get to love all parts of you and make room for all of you.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
👉You get to do it all and have it all.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
And the version of you who truly embraces ALL of yourself... is actually someone who's authentic, magnetic, and powerful beyond measure.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Let's take back that power today.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
✊Rebel against the rules to reclaim the fact that you are already whole⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
✊Rebel against the society's standards so you can create your own of how you want to live, function, and show up.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Be out of the norm. ⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Be rebellious.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Fight for what has always just been you (and more of you) all along⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Dare to love all parts of yourself and let THAT set you free.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Then, you shall be reborn.
How much longer does it take for you to feel ready How much longer does it take for you to feel ready to change? ➡️ANSWER: As long as you give it.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
It doesn't "take time" to feel like you're ready to take action⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Because CHANGE doesn't "take time"⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Change happens way faster than you think.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Change can happen with...⁠
... a decision⁠
... a realization.⁠
... an awareness that shifts your entire way of thinking. ⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
Change can happen... within an instant of a second.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
This is the type of change we create in life coaching.⁠
One that goes beyond "giving it time"⁠
🔹We hack time to create results in the most simple, straight forward way.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
We get to the root of the problem and solve for that.⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠
